The Challenge
The Bunyambo Solar Power System project was developed to address critical energy challenges at a remote healthcare facility.
Reliable electricity was required for:
- Diagnostic equipment
- Refrigeration for vaccines and medicine
- Lighting systems
- Emergency medical operations
Due to limited grid access, the facility required a fully off-grid solar energy solution in Bunyambo to ensure uninterrupted healthcare delivery and operational stability.
The Solution
GadgetroniX designed and installed a complete off-grid solar system at Bunyambo Dispensary to provide stable and continuous energy for essential healthcare services.
The system integrates solar generation, lithium battery storage, and hybrid inverter technology for reliable performance throughout day and night operations.
System Components:
- Solar Array: 30.8 kWp (56 × 550W JA Solar MBB Half-Cell Monocrystalline PV Modules)
- Battery Storage: 100 kWh Lithium Battery (Freedom Won LiTE Business 100/80 – LiFePO4)
- Inverter: 30 kW Hybrid Inverter (ATESS HPS30 – 3 Phase)
- Monitoring: ATESS EnerLog remote monitoring platform
