The Challenge
Hamia Villa required a reliable and independent power solution to support daily operations across multiple areas of the property.
Electricity was essential for:

The existing setup required a more stable and efficient alternative, as dependence on external supply sources was affecting operational consistency.
A fully reliable off-grid energy solution was needed to ensure uninterrupted performance and improved efficiency.
The Solution
The Hamia Villa system was designed and installed to deliver continuous and reliable energy across all operational areas.
The solution integrates solar power generation, lithium battery storage, inverter technology, and smart remote monitoring to ensure maximum efficiency and stability.
System components:
- Solar array: 3.68 kWp (8 × Jinko Solar P-type mono-facial PV module – 555 W)
- Battery storage: 10 kWh (2 × FreedomWON eTower 5 kWh 52V LiFePO4 battery)
- Inverter charger: Victron Multiplus-II 3 kVA 48V inverter charger
- Charge controller: Victron SmartSolar MPPT 150/45 Tr/VE.CAN
- Remote monitoring: Victron VRM system
- Solar water heater: Calpak Solar Water Heater – full kit – 300l – closed loop
