ARE engages with Members and Partners at Africa Energy Forum 2026

The Alliance for Renewable Electrification (ARE) participated in the Africa Energy Forum (aef) 2026, engaging with Members, partners, and key stakeholders to advance the dialogue on sustainable energy access across the continent.

Throughout the event, the ARE team met with valued Members and industry representatives, strengthening relationships and exploring opportunities for collaboration to accelerate renewable electrification.

ARE also followed the latest developments on the Mission 300 (M300) Compacts, which continue to shape efforts to expand electricity access across Africa through coordinated action and investment.

In addition, the team attended the Energy Ministers’ Roundtable on achieving renewable electrification, where policymakers and sector leaders discussed strategies to accelerate the deployment of renewable energy solutions and drive universal access to electricity.

ARE is pleased to have been part of these important discussions and looks forward to continuing to work with its Members and partners to advance renewable electrification across Africa.
