ARE marks renewable electrification opportunities at EU-India Forum
On 17 September, the Alliance for Rural Electrification (ARE) joined a high-level roundtable in Brussels focused on EU India cooperation in renewable energy, hosted by the Embassy of India in Brussels.
The discussion brought together stakeholders to exchange perspectives on the EU India Clean Energy & Climate Partnership, with ARE contributing industry insights on emerging opportunities for private sector collaboration across the clean energy sector.
The roundtable provided an opportunity to discuss how stronger cooperation between European and Indian stakeholders can support investment, innovation and knowledge exchange in renewable energy, while strengthening links between industry and policymakers.
The conversation comes ahead of the Bharat Renewable Energy Summit & Expo, taking place in New Delhi this November. The upcoming event will provide a further platform for stakeholders from India and Europe to explore partnerships and opportunities across the renewable energy value chain.
For ARE, continued engagement with international partners and industry stakeholders remains an important part of strengthening collaboration and advancing practical solutions for a more sustainable and inclusive energy transition.
